PDXLAN Spring 2026 Charity Drive:

Cat Adoption Team:

Cat Adoption Team was founded in 1998 and has since had over 68,000 adoptions. Located in Sherwood, Oregon, the Cat Adoption Team provides Adoption, Shelter Rescue, Spay and Neuter Clinics, a Cat Food Bank, Foster services, and more. Your donations go directly to making a difference in cats’ lives.

Oregon Dog Rescue:

Oregon Dog Rescue was founded in 2007, and is a no-kill dog shelter located in the Portland, Oregon area. The shelter has room for up to 125 dogs at a time, and takes in dogs from overcrowded local shelters, high-kill shelters, and owners who can no longer give their dog a home. Your donations help rescue dogs, and find them loving pet homes.

How to donate:

The donation process is identical for each charity. Please follow these instructions when donating:

  1. Choose Team Cat or Team Dog to make a donation
  2. As you donate, please make sure your name is NOT anonymous
  3. Please include your handle in the comment field
  4. After donating you can come up to the help desk to claim your [Cat or Dog] mini-figurine rewards. (max 20 per person)
  5.  Display your mini-figurines at your station to show your support of Team Cat or Team Dog, or both!

Special Note:

If you cannot afford to donate at this time, we welcome you to come to the help desk during a reward claiming period for one mini-figurine. We’ll ask for your name (only to mark down you’ve claimed your free one) to keep our figurine counts in balance. Please only claim this if you cannot afford to donate as we do have a limited number of figurines.
