Charity
PDXLAN is not doing a charity raffle for the Fall 2025 event.
Some have asked if they can still donate to our chosen charity for just good karma. We applaud that sentiment and thank you for your kindness. We’ve provided a link below if you wish to donate to charity at the Fall 2025 event.
For events moving forward we will be looking for new ways to raise money for charity. Stay tunned for more info.

Food Information
- Attendees may bring in their own food, but please support the concessions in the hall when possible.
- NO delivery services may be used on the fairground’s property
- NO Ice chests allowed inside the event
- NO Alcohol of any kind on fairgrounds property

General Drawing Information
- You may hear the word raffle sometimes used. What we used to call a raffle is Technically is a “Drawing” or “Door Prize” giveaway, and entries are provided free to all BYOC attendees.

- Each attendee has one entry into this drawing
- **The purpose of this drawing is to make the Main Drawing shorter. This drawing may be skipped based on the number of prizes we have to hand out. **
