ISP challenge - i need distribution to 100+ long term residents

current ISP of 10+ years has decided that I'm no longer allowed to let my tenants use my Ruckus 4 node system for "unauthorized redistribution" even though it has been in place through two speed upgrades, a phone number move, and two Modem relocates.

So, does anybody have experience with an ISP that EXPLICITLY allows redistribution and speeds around 15U/65D?

I hesitate to go forward with a "they say it's ok" like my prior ISP did then get the rug yanked with a C&D letter whenever they change their mind.

It's funny, it didn't even occur to me that redistribution would be a thing. But I'm sure it should have.
Part of my (waaaaaay off) retirement plan is to have some rental properties to supplement my income eventually, and the idea of centrally aggregating the network to multiple units seems like it would be a great selling point.
Something along the lines of, "...and 500MB internet the DAY you move in!"

I'm really interested in how this works out for you, and which ISP you end up going with. :)

I have an appointment with Frontier this Friday onsite at Noon. My gut reaction is "ugh" but if they can supply the pipe, and are ok with Distribution to Residents, I will do what it takes.

In a lot of ways, my displeasure with my current ISP isn't directed at the staff I've been working with, but with the Corporate choice to force me into a product gap: I had an update phone conference with the old ISP today and they were pleasant, assured me they appreciate my response, apologized AGAIN for not having a product to supply me, and we are cooperating on the timeline towards getting an alternate Provider.

My hardware supplier is checking into their contacts but haven't yet delivered on any details, so I hope to have more info in the next 7 days.

I will update here when I have some solid info. ;)
