The igniter on my furnace has gone out. Controller board, gas pump/valve, exhaust boost, blower, and thermostat all seem to be working correctly. Is there someone on this board who is a technician and can do the repair?
The last time I had an issue I called A-Action in Aloha. They tried selling me an entire new furnace and AC system for $4,400. I fixed it myself with a $120 controller board. I asked the tech to replace the board first since I was pretty sure that was the issue, but he REALLY wanted to sell me a whole new system and they were having a special THAT WEEK ONLY!.
So I'm hoping someone trustworthy here can repair the issue.

I was able to diagnose the bad part and ordered a replacement. I will have it fixed tonight.

Nice, glad you figured it out. I had an issue with fuses blowing randomly several years back. Several calls and unrelated parts later it was still happening. Finally a new technician found a loose wire occasionally touching the housing. Fixed with a zip tie.
