Great timing: I'm looking for a new ITX case. The one spare I have doesn't hold a 3.5" drive with a long video card in it. It's a Silverstone Milo ML08. I was excited about it since it has a handle, but alas I may have to mod it to hold the drive. Not really looking forward to that.

Best guess at minimum requirements are:
Hold one 3.5" and at least one 2.5" drive
Full-size video card (1070 Founders)
mini-ITX mobo

Nice to haves
Space for a second SSD
Handle

I know a Fractal Node will work, but some recent stuff from sponsors would be cool.

I love the Core V1. I just researched and it only holds video cards up to 8.3", whereas my 1070 Founders is 10.2" long. Bummer. Would have bought one.

@skippy:
Did you get a chance to look at the InWin A1's at 32A/B?

They look super-compact, but will fit a 11.8" gpu. :)

The INWIN A1 cases looked really nice. If I was to roll an ITX build I would be tempted by that or maybe a CaseLabs. This might be smaller than ITX but I saw it on Jays youtube video Louqe Ghost S1. Not sure if they are in production yet, but I like the modular idea. http://www.louqe.com/

Wow! that is awesome. You got the gears in my head starting to spin. I really like the part they made to house the PSU. I didn't know 3D print was strong enough for a PC case to lug around. I bet you could mix and match with Aluminum framing of some kind too.

There's a really good page here that goes over build materials, their break-weights., and temps for printing. :)
This is a really cool idea...

(And sorry for the OT!)

Built quite a few systems using this:
Raijintek Metis http://www.raijintek.com/en/products_de ... oductID=17

I have my order placed for a Dan Case A4 v3. I think it will definitely be on my favorite list.

That looks really cool for a "mid size" Itx case.

I have a Dan and an Ncase, I like the Dan's size, but boy do they get hot. I prefer a Ncase as they stay a bit cooler.

The Raijintek Metis is actually not that much bigger than the NCase M1...

Curious to compare their space rating are in terms of liters....

Basic NCase M1 :
Enclosure Interior Dimensions

307mm x 157mm x 237mm= 11,423,163 mm cubed = 11.4 liters

Raijintek Metis:

Dimension [WxDxH] 190x277x254 mm = 13,368,020 mm cubed = 13.4 Liters

You're welcome. :)
