CNC for panel mods?

I need to have my front and top panel of my NZXT H700i modded so I get better airflow and can mount a front rad easier. Who in the Beaverton/PDX area can do something like this for me, and about how much and could it be done in 30 days? https://i.imgur.com/sT5AnJY.jpg With how the power is on my kin...

Re: Intake fans needed?

My knee jerk reaction is “YES YOU NEED INTAKE FANS!”. But as I breathe, and think about it, since all will be water cooled, and have good exhaust (which is the most important), I would give it a try. Monitor your temps, and add the fans if you see your temps higher than what you would like. You cou...

Intake fans needed?

Ok more questions for the pros. I have an NZXT H700i that I am going to be doing my PETG setup in. The issue is where I need to mount my pump res combo does not really leave me room to have the intake fans inside the case. Its going to be going up front but needs to be moved 3 inches to the right to...

Case suggestions?

So I am looking at swapping all of my stuff into a new case with a nice tempered glass side panel. Right now I have 2 I really like but dont have any experience building in them and would like to hear from those that have. I have narrowed it down to the Fractal Design R6 and the NZXT H700i. I like t...

Re: Your current monitor(s)?

Someone above posted that G-Sync doesn't do much. While all of theses posts are subjective, I would say he is mistaken. My system can push almost any game at max settings well beyond 60 fps and G-Sync still makes a visible difference. Coming from a 34 non gsync 60 hz IPS to my Asus PG27VQ 165hz wit...

Re: Best brands for hard line, fittings, and fluid?

I am running a True Opaque in my loop now. Whats the best way to clean it out of my rad? Also Is the Ice fluid from Primochill better than they True Transparent? I want a nice deep clear red. Or should I just get some dye and do it myself?

Re: Browser question.

I've been using Chromium lately. As long as you don't go crazy with extensions, you should be fine. The trouble with today's websites is that their payload has more than doubled since just 3 years ago. Your best bet is to get ad-blocking at the router or DNS level using something like Pi-hole. That...

Re: Your current monitor(s)?

I have the Asus PG27VQ. It's a 27 Curved 1440p display with GSync and 165Hz with a 1ms response time. I moved away from my old 34 1080p wide screen and holy cow was it worth it. I no longer run vsync and all my games get 120+ fps. I could do without all the RGB on it but you can turn it off so thats...

Best brands for hard line, fittings, and fluid?

Hey guys I am getting set to swap over to PETG in my new R6 case. I will be cooling my 7700K OC to 5Ghz and my 1080ti Kingpin (FINALLY). What I currently have is a EK Supremacy EVO full nickel for my 7700K, EK Coolstream SE 360 Rad, pushed by a XSPC D5 Photon Reservoir/Pump Combo. I will be deliding...
